South Coogee Primary School also hosts an annual Sustainability Fair. The aim of which is to promote sustainability practices and to raise funds to finance sustainable initiatives within the school environment.

Unlike the STEM Fair, which is delivered as part of a Year 6 project-based learning strategy, the Sustainability Fair is a whole-school collaboration. All teachers support the Fair by working with their students to build products and sell them at the Fair.
